SIC (US 1987) : The Cheers are a very tight four piece group that sings and plays with up to seven different instruments! If you had or attended a wedding reception in the 70’s & 80’s or 90’s, perhaps this was the group that provided the live music. If it’s a party, dance, banquet, reception or bar mitzvah etc, it should be the Cheers!
Real German music and real lederhosen! A great combination for a great atmosphere. This group is a lot of fun for parties and dances. How about an Ocktoberfest, Novemberfest, or whenever?
Trumpets, French horn, Trombone and Tuba make up this five-piece concert group. The Brass Works play concerts, parades, and Church Services. This Canadian Brass sounding group has also played National Anthems prior to Phillies games. This group is great for outdoor gazebo concerts as well as indoor musical performances.
Real authentic New Orleans style Dixieland music! This is happy as well as entertaining music. The Media Dixies were featured in the two-hour pre-game show before the Phillies’ last game at Veterans Stadium. The Media Dixies also play outdoor concerts and many retirement communities. Great for Church services and parades, this six-piece group puts on quite a show!
Is space or budget an issue? The One-Man Band is the sound of 4 different instruments being played separately while actually being played together! Piano, drums and bass are coupled with voice or flute or trumpet. With the combining of a Korg DW8000 synthesizer, a computerized rhythm section and accompanist tapes - the possibilities are endless!
The sounds of the big bands are always enjoyed. This band that has performed at ROSE TREE PARK can be available for you too! This big band music from the 40’s thru the 80’s with vocalists is excellent for concerts, dances, and receptions. If you like the sounds of Miller, Dorsey, Herman, etc, you’ll love this band.
